- Our most recent calendar is kept on this site so you can easily check for open dates.
- Include links to samples of your music and a brief bio.
- We book rock’n’roll, hip-hop, garage, punk, country, rockabilly, surf, soul, indie-rock, ska/reggae, metal, comedy, burlesque, cabaret, magicians, dj's
- Please do not send unsolicited demos via US Mail
- We have a small hard-working team so we may not be able to get a reply to everyone.
COMMUNICATION

PROMOTION
- Promoting the event is on the performer(s)/promoter.
- We will help advertise the show to the best of our abilities, through sharing information on social media and other outlets.
- If you have posters please mail them to our facility at 1915 S Calhoun St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Digital copies are also nice for our website.
- Bands must not flyer upon any public property (lamp post, utility pole, street signs, etc.) within the city.
PARKING
- Parking is ample on both streets and in the lot behind the building.
LOAD-IN & DOOR
- 4 PM is a good time to load in and soundcheck, if you’re going to be later please call or text (260) 744-0333. We open for dinner at 4:30; sound check needs to be done before 5:30. If you're able to load in after the bulk of dinner service, we can work with that as well.
- Be prepared to “stagger” load-in based on your slot. You may be asked to load out immediately after your set.
- All band members & guests must have 21+ ID. If anyone in your band is under 21, you need to let us know when your band is booked.
- Sound Check must be completed before 5:30 pm, or after 8 pm
SOUND
- Cooperate with our sound person’s instructions at all times.
SAFETY & SECURITY
- Never put our patrons or staff in harm’s way (smashing bottles, swinging mic stands, using pyrotechnics, etc).
GETTING PAID
Band Compensation
Performance Fee or Percentage of Ticket Sales: The Band's compensation will be based on a performance fee or a percentage of ticket sales, as agreed upon prior to the Event.
Show Staff Payment
Sound Engineer: $30 per hour starting one hour prior to show start for soundcheck and setup.
Ticket Host: $10 per hour starting at doors open.
These payments will be derived from the total funds collected through ticket sales at the conclusion of each show night. If ticket sales are insufficient, the wages will be funded by and divided among the performing bands/artists.
Band Payment
Following the compensation of the sound engineer and ticket host, the remaining sum from ticket sales will be evenly distributed among the bands/artists performing that evening.
Ticket Collection
Ticket Prices: Tickets will start at a minimum of $10 per individual, with potential increments of $5 at the discretion of the participating bands for cash payment convenience.
Fund Management: Ticket funds will be managed by Dazed Artist Sessions, the organizing host for the show.
